Our Guarantee concerning Time & Price
Applies to: Airport Transportation from Boca Raton & Delray Beach Areas to FLL, PBIA, & MIA
Part of our service includes a personal Guarantee that your Vehicle will show up on time every time. In
order for us to maintain a level of 100% adherence to this guarantee we use a back up system of hand
picked sub contractors to aid us in events of unforeseen circumstances such as last minute
breakdowns or delays do to traffic accidents.
Our Price or Security of Rates Promise:
If we have to resort to a contingency plan that may include the use of a sub contractor that’s who’s
rates or price structure exceeds that of our own we promise to pay any and all costs above a $5.00
difference weather the transportation is provided by a Stretch Limousine, Lincoln Town Car or Taxi Cab.
Under the Following conditions a time Guarantee is given a reasonable time window before considered
late but never more than 15 minutes.
There is a 15% Service Charge on all Trips that Exceed 75 Miles from our base of operations this
charge covers all tolls, parking, and any and all contingencys both applicable and non. This is a non
negotialable fee. Any Trip Exceeding 85 Miles One way has a 18% Service Charge and a 20% Gratuity
Charge for your driver.
