Irate to Awe Stricken - Customer Testimonial
I've had problems from time to time with car services, as a frequent business commuter I travel 2 or 3 times a month to
various city's and always use a Car or Taxi Service. One Morning after using Airport Specialists of Boca Raton a half dozen
times a Taxi Cab Arrived at my Home almost 5 minutes late, I was furious. Needless to say the Meter in the Taxi Cab
ticked away above and beyond the price the service quoted me. I was being ripped off, In a Taxi Cab! I ordered a Town
Car. I paid the Taxi Driver the $64.00 Meter plus a 6 dollar tip. I vowed never to use this Car Service Again! When my
Plane landed in New York much to my surprise I had a message from a Mrs. Stefanie Masar. Long Story short a check for
the $9.00 Difference was already written and mailed to my home, she explained the office was closed, something had
happened to the driver, and the most important thing to the company was to get me to the Airport on time. She Also
said if it was necessary to keep my business with the cars service she would increase the refund or comp my next ride.
Thats what I call Service.
